1. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. How do I start a return?
Contact our customer service at support@arventomoda.pl with your order number. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the return label and shipping costs. Returns must be sent back by mail.
4. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong with your item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard free shipping takes 2–5 business days within Poland, with a total delivery time of 3–7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed, and we never store your payment details.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Poland.
